Our program aims to achieve alignment through clarity around vision, mission, nearer term goals, communication, and interaction agreements. All of our team building work is done in a workshop-type format and is preceded by an assessment phase that will assist our professionals to design team building interventions that are appropriate for the client.

Our team works to resolve underlying conflicts so that true team building can take place.

Our experience is that team building often achieves only superficial results because underlying issues and conflicts have not been resolved in the team building work. Depending on the pre-workshop assessments we do of the client organization, we may recommend individual and group development training. This most often assures that core issues reach the surface during team building.
