Columbia Energy staff have supported or completed D&D projects either as sole performers or as members of larger multi-disciplinary teams. Our experience runs from planning and D&D project definition to field sampling, demolition, and confirmation of completion. We have supported a number of deactivation and D&D projects for DOE facilities, DOD facilities, commercial licensees, and RCRA/CERCLA sites. Our staff is well versed with the preparation and application of project D&D plans, D&D sequencing, personnel protection during deconstruction, and defining the end state of a project to ensure that the outcome is successful. Our staff has developed work plans, work instructions, and safety plans for field activities.
With our combined commercial and government project experience, we bring a clear
