Benefits are made available to all employees who qualify as full-time workers. An overview of our benefits package is provided below.

INSURANCE COVERAGE AND RELATED PROGRAMS

Medical - Medical coverage for full-time employees and their dependents with no participant payroll deduction. Medical coverage allows employees to use the provider of their choice.

Dental - Dental coverage for full-time employees and their dependents with no participant payroll deduction. Dental coverage allows employees to use the provider of their choice.

Prescription Plan - Full-time employees are offered a prescription drug plan with co-pay.

Life Insurance - Paid life insurance policy for full-time employees.

Employee Optional Life Insurance - Additional life insurance is available at group rates for those full-time employees who desire additional coverage.

PAID TIME OFF

Vacation Time - Full-time employees receive three (3) weeks paid vacation annually, accrued with each pay period.

Paid Holidays - Full-time employees receive nine (9) paid holidays annually.

Comp Time - Overtime worked during peak periods can be banked, at the employee's discretion, for later use as time off.

RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

401(k) - Columbia Energy offers a 401(k) plan with employer matching incentive.

OTHER BENEFITS

Annual Performance Bonus - Full-time and part-time employees are part of the annual bonus plan that reflects individual productivity and company profitability.

Tuition Assistance - Tuition assistance is available for approved coursework.

Professional Engineer Stipend - Membership fees are paid for maintaining P.E. licenses.

Company-Sponsored Events - Includes an annual dinner, barbecues, and lunch events, among others.

Work Schedules - Full-time, part-time, and part-time variable work schedule options are offered. Additional work schedule flexibility can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
